This article is about a new study found that people who ate big breakfast consumed more calories overall, and it would not be fewer than people who ate smaller or did not eat in the morning.
The reason why I choose this article is that a lot of people including myself thought that a big breakfast would not affect the all-day consumed calories. Thus we could eat no matter what and how much we want in the morning.
Owing to this essay, I realized that despite when and what we eat, it will all turn into calories at last. So if I want to loose weight or have a balanced diet, I should pay full attention to any kinds of food that I will eat through the day.
On the other hands, this essay also shows a conclusion that people who tend to eat balanced diets in the morning are less likely overweight than who do not eat breakfast. Though it did not prove the conclusion, it still asked people to have healthier meals. For me, sometimes I have no time cooking breakfast for myself, so I would buy something to eat outside or even skip it over. But now, I find that it is vital of importance to eat a healthy meal in the morning. And it will also help me to loose weight. From now on, I have to develop a habit of eating healthy breakfast.
